1. Overview of the service

NIXBOT is a technology platform for discovering day traders and sports tipsters, accessing creator content, learning in academies, and managing supported market and community tools.

Features may include marketplace profiles, educational resources, signals, betting-code tools, courses, subscriptions, account connections, and creator workspaces. Availability varies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account registration & security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

5. Trading, betting and connection responsibility & automation responsibility

Trading and betting involve substantial financial risk. NIXBOT is a technology provider; it is not automatically your broker, bookmaker, exchange, investment adviser, or asset manager.

You acknowledge that:

  • Market commentary, signals and sports picks may be incomplete, mistaken or outdated
  • Connected providers support only specified permissions, regions and account capabilities
  • You must review orders, risks, permissions and any required approvals yourself

Following a trader or tipster does not ensure profitable trades or winning bets. Execution and code conversion may be unavailable for some providers or events.

6. Data & content ownership

Your content

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you submit to the Service.

Specific data-processing rights and retention periods must be described in the operator-approved terms and privacy policy.

Data usage

  • Your information is handled according to the applicable published privacy notice and user choices
  • Review the approved NIXBOT Privacy Policy for the types of information collected, processed and shared

7. Integrations & third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability or performance
  • Data practices of third-party providers

Your use of integrations is subject to their respective terms.

8. Subscriptions & billing

By subscribing, you agree to:

Refunds, cancellations, renewals and disputes depend on the applicable offer terms and consumer laws; final policies require operator review.

11. Termination
